Receptionists
Meghan, Lead Receptionist
Meghan starting working with us at at the K-9 Social
Club years ago. We realized she had a talent for
organization, extremely good customer service
skills, and a dedication to making people happy.
So she started receptioning at our sister hospital,
San Mateo Animal Hospital and under the
guidance of our lead receptionist there, Lan,
she blossomed! Every new challenge we gave her
she met with gusto and enthusiasm.
When we offered her the position of Lead Reception
at San Carlos Pet Hospital, she was hesitant. I will
say that Meghan has really grown up before our eyes
and her skills at managing the front desk are awesome.
If you need anything, Meghan will leave no stone
unturned to get it for you and all with a smile.
We look forward to many more years of exceptional
customer service from this young lady!
